About Jus Rope'n Kreations
Paul & Jane Nevarez
Paul and Jane Nevarez have both lived in New Mexico for fifty plus years. After attending arts and crafts shows and cowboy symposiums for eight years, they decided it was time to expand their business to the Internet.
Paul was raised on a farm in a small town in Southeastern New Mexico and Jane was raised on a ranch in Southeastern New Mexico. They met nineteen years ago and have been married for almost eleven years. In December 2003, they moved from Roswell to Capitan, NM. Capitan is located near the Capitan Mountains, home of Smokey Bear.

All their items are hand made from used nylon cowboy ropes and used horse shoes. These ropes are all different colors: green, red, blue, orange, fluorescent green, fluorescent yellow, purple, and tan. No two ropes are the same. Some of the unique characteristics of these ropes are the dark sections of the rope, which come from the cowboy's dally around the saddle horn while roping. Items may vary in size and color of rope.
The art of Jus Rope'n Kreations has won first place at the Southeastern New Mexico State Fair and Lincoln County Fair. Our work is also featured in Oso Art Gallery in Capitan, Galleria West and Bronco Sue's in Ruidoso, also in Copper Butterfly in Cloudcroft.
